I would have given this a 3 and maybe even 4, if we had gotten more action, such as the police officer getting slaughtered. I would have enjoyed that. Reviewed in the United States on February 6, 2017 Verified Purchase As someone who saw Robert the Doll in person in Key West about 15 years ago, I was hoping that this movie would do a great job at portraying the story of Robert, at the very least I had hoped that they would get the doll right. No. The doll, while freaky in its own right in the movie, is absolutely different. It is a ceramic doll instead of being made from fabric and being stuffed with saw dust and hay like the real doll. If you are ever interested in seeing stuff about Robert, look him up, there are plenty of youtube videos that tell the true story of Robert and show real photos and videos. He also has a Facebook page, and there is another (not crap movie) out that does a little better job at telling Robert's story. Also, fun fact, Childs Play (the Chucky movies) are a loosely based representation that was inspired by Robert the Doll.
